“I came into this birth carrying the weight of severe trauma from my first delivery. I knew this time around I needed someone beside me who could anchor both me and my husband during a high intensity situation.
After interviewing more than six doulas, I met Cher and immediately knew she was the one. She was personable, relatable, transparent, a mom herself, kind, and unexpectedly funny in all the best ways. There was something in the way she spoke, a mix of confidence and softness that settled my spirit, and in that moment I knew I could trust her to help guide me through one of the most vulnerable experiences of my life. As my due date approached, that trust only deepened throughout our sessions and conversations together.
I created my birth plan thoughtfully, but the day of delivery brought unexpected environmental triggers that required me to adjust my plan in real time. Cher stepped in without hesitation. She created safety where fear was taking over. She guided me from high anxiety back into regulation, without judgment, without pressure, just unwavering support for what I needed to feel safe. She offered steady guidance by helping me look at each option with clarity, supported my choices without judgment, and stayed aligned with what would bring me the most peace in that moment. Her ability to work alongside medical staff with confidence and respect, never overstepping but always ready to support me in advocating for myself when it mattered, was exactly what I needed. She is calming, steady, and that voice of hers truly resets the nervous system! She knows how to stay calm in the midst of chaos, offering the kind of steady peace every mom hopes for during birth.

“If you're looking for a Doula who is passionate about her work, who is judgement free, and who will make you feel supported, safe, comfortable, and in control, this is the doula you're looking for. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She was my doula for my 4th and last baby and by far the best birthing experience I've had and I truly believe that it was because of all of her support, knowledge, empathy, and compassion. She was there when I had questions or concerns during the tail end of my pregnancy, helped me have an epidural free labor and delivery, and was there when postpartum issues hit me like a brick wall.
