Rooted in evidence-based practice and intuitive support, I provide emotional, physical, and informational care throughout your pregnancy and birth. Together, we’ll explore your preferences and create a birth plan that reflects your values—knowing that flexibility and presence are just as essential as preparation.
Whether you choose to birth at home, in a local hospital, or at a birth center, I’ll be by your side. My support may look like soothing touch, breathwork, positional guidance, or simply holding steady space in the room. I’m experienced in supporting both vaginal and cesarean births, and I offer judgment-free care no matter how your birth unfolds.
I support births within 45 minutes of Spokane, WA, and bring a calm, nurturing presence to every space I enter. Birth isn’t something to be managed—it’s something to be witnessed and held. The Birth Support only package is for those in the Spokane and surrounding areas that are looking for minimal postpartum care. This package includes one postpartum visit and continued phone and text support for 4 weeks postpartum. If you decide later to add postpartum services, you could do so at the hourly rate.

With training as both a postpartum doula and a Certified Child Life Specialist, I bring a unique approach to supporting not only birthing parents and newborns, but also older siblings adjusting to life with a new baby. I offer tools and guidance to help children feel seen, included, and secure in their changing role—because their experience matters, too.
